South Carolina has one meeting a year where any member of the organization is allowed to attend (spouses are always welcome).   This meeting is usually at the same place and time the second Saturday in April.  At this meeting, officer re-elections, nomination of volunteer to go to the National BVA conference is chosen and the budget for donations to our local blinded support groups and agencies are discussed for distribution.  Below lists this year's annual meeting. 

      Our meeting this year was a conference call. The Conference Call was on 15 April 2008 at 2:00 pm.  The Meeting itinerary consisted of no special guests.  A roll call of officers, financial report - $3120.00.  An added approved donation of $275.00 - $300.00 for ABRCAA annual reunion.  Also an approved 1/2 page for BVA National Convention donated page.   No one volunteered to be a Primary/Alternate Delegate for National Convention in Phoenix, AZ in August 2008.
