Dissolution

Section 1. In the event of the dissolution of the SOUTH CAROLINA Regional Group, all assets, real or personal, shall become subject to the provisions of Section 8 of Article XIV (Regional Groups) of the current edition of the BVA National Bylaws, as amended.

CERTIFICATION:

-         In accordance with the provisions of Article XII (Procedure for Amending), this

revised/updated edition of the SOUTH CAROLINA Regional Group Constitution/Bylaws was ratified/approved by the requisite two-thirds (2/3rds) vote of those Group members in good standing present and voting at a meeting, the membership called for this purpose, said meeting held at Columbia, South Carolina on the 15^th dday of February, 2002.
