Executive Committee

Section 1. Between membership meetings, supreme authority of the Regional Group will be vested in an Executive Committee consisting of the President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, Sergeant-at-Arms, Chaplain, and Chapter President(s).

Section 2. The Executive Committee shall have full power to act for the Group between membership meetings, provided that the Executive Committee shall take no action contrary to policies established by the membership, and all of its actions shall be reported to the next membership meeting for approval, rejection or modification.

Section 3. Three (3) members of the Executive Committee, one of which will be either the President or the Vice President, shall constitute a quorum at all Executive Committee meetings.

Section 4. Vacancies occurring among the officer personnel of the Regional Group shall be filled temporarily by members appointed by the Executive Committee.
