Name and Duration

Section 1. The name of the organization, by which it shall be known, is and shall be the SOUTH CAROLINA Regional Group of the Blinded Veterans Association, and its duration shall be perpetual, unless its Charter be withdrawn by the Blinded Veterans Association for good cause shown.
